Yes. I offer therapy sessions in a format that works best for you — including in-person, online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, over the phone, via WhatsApp, or through secure email/messaging. Many clients find the flexibility of remote sessions helpful for fitting therapy around their lives.

Yes. I’m a certified Couples Therapist for Depression (CTfD) and have extensive experience supporting couples where one or both partners are affected by depression, stress, or emotional disconnection. I also work sensitively with neurodiverse couples, including those navigating Autism, ADHD, or differences in communication styles.
