FAQs

Find answers to commonly asked questions about us and our services.

What issues can therapy help with?

Therapy can support you through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges — including grief, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship conflict, stress, depression, or navigating life changes. I also work with clients exploring neurodiversity (such as Autism or ADHD), and offer specialist support for couples, including those facing depression or long-term emotional strain.

Do you offer online therapy sessions?

Yes. I offer therapy sessions in a format that works best for you — including in-person, online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, over the phone, via WhatsApp, or through secure email/messaging. Many clients find the flexibility of remote sessions helpful for fitting therapy around their lives.

What happens in the free initial consultation?

The free consultation is a chance to talk through what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions, and decide whether you feel comfortable working with me. There’s no pressure to commit — it’s simply a space to explore whether therapy feels like the right step for you.

Do you work with couples experiencing depression or neurodiversity?

Yes. I’m a certified Couples Therapist for Depression (CTfD) and have extensive experience supporting couples where one or both partners are affected by depression, stress, or emotional disconnection. I also work sensitively with neurodiverse couples, including those navigating Autism, ADHD, or differences in communication styles.

How often will I need to attend therapy?

Sessions typically last 50–60 minutes and are usually held weekly — but I also offer flexible scheduling based on your needs. We’ll discuss what works best for you during the consultation and throughout our work together.
